If you are a current customer of Seventy1 Environmental, then you have certainly experienced the magic of our Client Services Manager Jesse Ranstead.
This fall marks Jesse’s one year anniversary with Seventy1. Last October we started the hunt to find an outstanding individual that could take over some of the client relations responsibilities that were ever increasing. I knew in the first five minutes of our first interview call that I wanted Jesse to join our team. She was articulate, kind and confident in a way that left me feeling at ease in handing over the very important role of taking care of our clients. She has completely taken our client services department to new heights.
Jesse has been a huge asset in the transition from our former days as Clearwater Storm Drain Services to our new identity as Seventy1 Environmental, which officially took place earlier this year. She handles the entire cycle of client services, from vendor setup for new accounts to scheduling, service reporting, billing and completion of the city’s annual Stormwater System Maintenance Verification forms. In addition to overseeing the account management of our entire client portfolio, she also acts as one of our primary points of contact for property managers seeking stormwater system service recommendations and proposals.
When she’s not coordinating the service schedule and holding down the fort in our front office, Jesse enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors.
