Stormwater system installation and maintenance is a necessity for commercial facilities to comply with federal, state, county and city stormwater regulations. Regulations include the requirement for construction of new properties to install stormwater filtration systems and to have annual maintenance of those systems.
Our book of clients is extensive, with 150 management and facility firms for for whom we service an extensive list of individual projects. Our clients are some of the largest and most prestigious firms in their respective industries. We maintain annual industry certifications which provide our customers confidence that they are in good hands with qualified and safe stormwater specialists.

Seventy 1 Environmental is a stormwater service company established in 2008 to help prevent pollution from entering our rivers and ocean from stormwater inlets installed in commercial property parking lots, driveways and streets. Government regulations require stormwater systems to be installed and maintained in commercial properties. Seventy1 Environmental has removed a total of 96,605 gallons of pollution from our city’s stormwater systems this last year alone (2022).
Located in Kearny Mesa, California, the company serves San Diego County and areas of Southern California including Los Angeles, Orange and Riverside counties. We help our customers maintain healthy and compliant stormwater systems by inspecting, cleaning, repairing and replacing all types of stormwater filtration products including curb inlets, underground vaults and surface detention basins.
